Digital high-speed imaging is memory hungry!
The Phantom CineMag V
The Phantom CineMag V is a proprietary storage device incorporating secure, removable, non-volatile flash memory for high-speed Phantom Cine raw footage. At speeds up to 1.2 Gpx/sec the CineMag V is the fastest data transfer solution for compatible Phantom cameras.
Users can record into camera RAM and then “upload" the recording to the CineMag in seconds. This eliminates camera down time between shots. If your application demands longer record times, then the CineMag can be used in Run/Stop (R/S) mode, allowing for several minutes of record time at lower frame rates.
- Loop Mode
- Direct-Record (Run/Stop) Mode
- Playback over SDI
The CineMag V is available in 2TB and 8TB sizes, and is compatible with the Phantom Flex4K, vXX12, vXX40, TMX and T-Series cameras with the ‘Mag’ option. Note that the CineMag II, IV and IV-Pro are now discontinued.
The Phantom CineStation
The Phantom CineStation is the download station for the CineMag. This keeps the camera free for doing its job – capturing high-speed video.
A CineStation works by connecting it to a PC running the supplied PCC software via Gb or 10Gb Ethernet. The user can view each Cine stored on the CineMag, set in- and out-points to trim the Cines, and save the files to a connected hard disk drive. This process can also be fully automated.
