Ball State University (, located in Muncie, Indiana, has recently added a Phantom VEO 340L for research purposes. Led by the Department of Biology, the school plans to use the camera in order to study animal behavior in fish courtship as well as fish foraging. Ball State’s mission has been to engage students in educational, research, and creative endeavors that empower our graduates to have fulfilling careers, and with the research allowed by the technology, this ongoing goal can become even easier to accomplish.
