Phantom Miro 340 and 341 camera models employ a 4 Mpx sensor (2560 x 1600), and share other popular Miro features. The Miro 340/1 has a throughput of 3.2 Gpx/s and a frame rate of 800 fps at full resolution. These cameras use microlenses on their custom-designed CMOS sensor with 10 µm pixel pitch to achieve increased light sensitivity, and with 12-bit pixel depth you can expect excellent image quality.

The LAB model is intended for laboratory / office environment use and has simplified I/O with industry standard connectivity. The R-Series is a ruggedized version for use in harsh environments such as outdoor use.
 
Both cameras have a minimum exposure time of 1 µs and a straddle time of 1.4 µs.
 
Scientists and engineers can take advantage of the 3.2 Gpx/s throughput, precise timing, camera synchronization, flexible triggering, excellent light sensitivity, and many other advanced features to gain insight into products and processes. The cameras allow you to see what cannot be seen with the human eye.

Each Miro camera is compatible with Vision Research's new and unique CineFlash storage technology. These removable, non-volatile storage devices slide into the camera body and provide a way to quickly save shots from the camera's memory without the need for time-consuming and costly downloads. Later, remove the CineFlash module from the camera and insert it into the docking station connected to a computer. Cines stored on the CineFlash are now immediately available on the computer. You can also transfer the cines from the camera to your computer and edit the images using our Phantom Camera Control software (PCC).

Each Miro camera supports four lens mounts: Nikon F/G, C, PL or EF. EF mounts allow the use of Canon EF and EF-S automated lenses. Adjust lens aperture and focus remotely using Phantom Camera Control software.

The camera also has a number of other advanced features including an internal capping shutter, Image-Based Auto-Trigger, camera synchronization, immediate playback of recorded cines, and more!

    Short Description
    • The Miro 340 and 341 extend the Miro camera range by offering a 35mm 4 megapixel alternative. They are similar to the Miro 320 in all but two very important ways: 1) they sport a 4Mpx sensor at 2560x1600. 2) they DO NOT support any video output. Because of the lack of video, these cameras are best used in applications where the camera is controlled by software and images are viewed over Ethernet. Available in R and LAB styles only.
