Important Note:
If you require an evaluation only, please request an evaluation quote prior to sending in your equipment for service. Upon receiving your equipment at our facility, repairs will be performed if an evaluation was not requested. A repair quote for the service performed will be issued during the completion of the repair. We use flat rate pricing and will classify the repair according to our service tiers based on the work that was done to resolve the issue.
Please note if no issues are found with your equipment, an evaluation fee will apply.
There is no cancellation for service performed.
