Clemson University Is Using a Phantom Miro C110

Clemson University has added a Phantom Miro C110 to their research facilities. The Micro-Photonics Laboratory (MPL) ( ) will be granting senior research staff and graduate and undergraduate students access to the new research tool.  Research topics such as how beams of light with orbital angular momentum (OAM) behave in turbulence.  The camera will capture the behavior of the beams as the propagate through free-space turbulence. Information from these studies will be used for free-space communications and sensing applications.
